Miro Deck

MIRÓ
LINE

The Urban Architect. Every line is a path, every curve is a connection. Inspired by the abstract mastery of Spanish artist Joan Miró, this collection balances raw street geometry with surrealist flair.

Joan Miró was a titan of Surrealism who developed a unique visual language of biomorphic shapes, geometric forms, and celestial symbols like stars and moons. His work often balances childlike playfulness with a deep sense of Catalan identity, stripping subjects down to their most poetic and essential elements.

Picasso Deck

PICASSO
SESH

Cubism Imagined and the changing perspective of a session. This carbon-fiber reinforced line is built for those who break rules and redefine what’s possible on four wheels, just like Picasso and his canvas.

Born in Málaga and refined in the artistic circles of Barcelona, Picasso, was known as the co-founder of Cubism, was focused on radically deconstructing traditional perspective and reimagining subjects as a complex arrangement of fragmented, geometric shapes viewed from multiple angles simultaneously.

CREW

Merritt @ MACBA 2026
In June 2026 Merritt and his wife travelled on vacation to Barcelona Spain for the first time after visiting friends in the Netherlands and spending a week on the Spanish island of Tenerife.  Within hours of arriving, it was a combination of the mediteranian sea air and beaches, the ever present and bountiful sun, the wonderful people and a brief trip to a local skateboard shop when the idea of Barcelona Skateboards popped into his mind. He was ready, willing and able to trade the corporate boardroom for a chance to bring together something special, his love for local art and the incredibly vibrant local skateboard scene for the betterment of the local community.

Merritt worked for over 30 years in the technology and cybersecurity consulting industry having worked with businesses ranging from small businesses to the Global Fortune 50.  He worked for larger global firms including Arthur Andersen, Deloitte Consulting, Grant Thornton, and most recently Forvis Mazars USA. He married the love of his life while at university and has 2 amazing sons, one of which is a skate boarder. Life advenstures have included being a military veteran, owning and operating a working farm with his family for 15 years, climbing the Andes Mountains, herdeing sheep in Italy, and dropping into a half pipe in his forties (a 10 year old kid taught him at an indoor skatepark).
